University is not entirely conducive to learning. There’s far too many shiny things and it can be argued that there’s too many places to have a cigarette, making it easier to ‘just nip outside for a minute’.
That being said, while the internet does exist in university land, thankfully it isn’t very good. So there’ll be no watching of episodes of ‘Always Greener’ today.
I almost wish there was a once you’re here you’re stuck policy; the temptation to just leave, whatever, is great. Especially when I can see my car from the window.
Also, by the way, when do I get my office?
